-Deposits are required to secure event date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to another available date.
-DJ Watty guarantees timely arrival and delivery of services. We do NOT cancel on events
-Since 1999 we have never canceled a paid event. But in the event we do, the client will receive a 100% refund!
-WiFi is required for some services.
-Client is responsible for ensuring DJ Watty has an adequate power source.helter for the DJ & Photo Booth to protect from rain, wind, and snow.
-Client is responsible for ensuring DJ Watty has a adequate power source.
-All DJ Watty staff will be provided with nonalcoholic beverages and a meal during events where food is not allowed to be brought in.
-Bookings are for a designated timeframe. If additional time is needed please consult with your DJ or Photo Booth attendant.
-Client is responsible for damage to any and all equipment caused by guests.
-There is an additional inconvenience charge if equipment has to be loaded to a second floor. Additionally access to event area must be designated by venue staff for ease of loading and unloading gear.
-DJ Watty maintains full creative control of music that is played at events. We reserve the right to deny guests request. We only play clean edited music unless otherwise requested by event host.
-If any guests, staff, coordinators, or anyone else is disruptively rude or destructive towards our staff or equipment we reserve the right to shut the event down. Full payment will still be required.
